Jamie is a first-year student under Dr. Thomas Cody Prang studying primate functional morphology and biomechanics. I am interested in how muscle mass, composition, and presence/absence variations affect osteological form and locomotor patterns. This research uses comparative methodologies between extant taxa to then apply to the fossil record.
