Graduate Students Present Agri-Food Research
The Agri-Food Workshop showcases ongoing work on agriculture and food by faculty and graduate students from Washington University in St. Louis and beyond. The last workshop features faculty from Washington University in St. Louis and Saint Louis University on "Crops of the Past and Future." The three upcoming workshops each feature two related PhD projects on the topics of "Fieldnotes on the Future of Food Production", "Halal Food: Global Linkages and Controversies", and "Diet and Indigenous Resilience in South America."
